JCA Logistics was established by Johnson Baddhity (John) in 2018, having completed a Mechanical Engineering degree in India and a Business Management degree in the UK. John is very much a customer-oriented person and always strives to give the best possible service.
Since 2002, John has held several roles in the Retail Industry in London and across England. He started as a trainee Manager in a busy store and by the end of 2014, had worked his way up to an Interim Regional Manager position, gaining tremendous experience in customer service, people management, planning and implementation.
John loves his own ventures, even owning and running his own restaurant from 2014-2018. Having seen a gap in communication and services from big courier companies, and the demand for urgent or tailored deliveries, he established JCA Logistics to bridge the gap, between big courier companies and small to medium-sized businesses. John always believes that true and honest communication will keep customer relations healthy, especially in the courier industry.
Aside from business, John loves his sport. He grew up playing cricket and football in India. Football has been his main sport for over 20 years now. Both of his teenage boys are part of grassroots football and have been since they were five years old. He absolutely loves taking them to their games on the weekends, and being part of the local community. John is a diehard Arsenal fan and admires creative players like Martin Ødegaard and Kevin De Bruyne.
